**Double fees will be assessed if the Executive Director does not have payment, or proof of a purchase order by the set deadlines. Schools failing to pay fees by the end of the academic school year will not be allowed to participate in the event carrying the outstanding balance the following year. Appeals may be made to the KMEA NC Board.
